Eligibility
You are eligible for hospice services when you have a medical prognosis of six months or less, if your disease follows its expected course and you are no longer receiving curative treatment.

Palliative Care Provider
A specialized medical care for people living with a serious illness and is meant to enhance a person's current care by focusing on quality of life for them and their family. Pallative Care helps patients understand their choices for medical treatment.
Chaplain & Pastoral Care
Offering spiritual and therapeutic support without any religious preferences.
